What information do I need to sign up on Airports.Serivces as a service provider?
To sign up, we need certain contact information and some service information. When you sign up at Airports.Serivces, you’ll need to provide the following information:
Payments and billing: Business ID/tax registration number, billing and payment preferences, etc.
Service details: General service information, and your preferred pricing model.
Policies: Amendments, Refund & Cancellation policy, other fees, and applicable taxes.

How to manage your booking?
You can amend or cancel your bookings by contacting us ( Amendment and cancellations can’t be done within 24h, and are subject of a commission between 24 and 48hrs, and are free of charge above 48hrs). Your upcoming, completed, and canceled bookings are stored in your account too.
Once you have booked a service, we will send you a confirmation email containing your booking details. This email is your booking confirmation.Back to Index

Where will I find my greeter?
For your arrival and transit flights, your greeter will meet you at the start of arrivals gate or at the end of the air bridge (Depending on the aircraft parking position). For your departure flight, the greeter will welcome you at the Curbside of the Airport.Back to Index

What if I need a wheelchair?

Will the host/ greet assist with baggage?
Any airports worldwide instruct passengers to carry their hand baggage with them. The Meet and Greet host/ greeter are not insured to carry baggage. But you can book a porter service as an add-on to your meet and greet package.Back to Index
